I’m fully embracing the giant pearl barrette trend with this super expensive pack of barrettes. 😉
I found out I have low iron so Rishi made me a delicious steak and spinach dinner complete with fresh flowers this week.
I’m filling my home with fresh spring scent thanks to Alora Ambiance, a local MN company.
These midi rings with “Roy” and “Penelope” engraved on them, handmade by Lissa and Nate, are my favorite!
The weather is finally feeling like spring and I’m so happy! We had our first picnic outside (picnics with toddlers always sound like a great idea but never end up well), the days are longer (which means saying “it’s dark out which means it’s bed time” doesn’t work so hot anymore) and it’s Easter weekend! Talk about a great week!
We’re hosting Easter this year which will be fun! Last year we were in California for Penelope’s Annaprashan so we honestly didn’t do anything Easter related. The kids were too young for Easter baskets and we didn’t have the energy to find a church to attend near our hotel (traveling with a 6 month old and a 20 month old and hosting a giant celebration is exhausting!).
Our church does a big Easter egg hunt for all the kids which should be fun to see what both Roy and P do! Rishi and my brother are in charge of the food (we all know better than to put me in charge) so we’re definitely going to be eating well!
I hope you all have a great Easter weekend with family and friends! He is Risen!
