Lounge sets are a girl’s best friend. Whether you’re wearing them at home complete with your cozy house slippers or heading out on the town, they’re perfect for just about any occasion.
There’s few things better than a complete look that you don’t have to think about! If you’re struggling with how to wear them outside of your home, this will helps! I’m going to share 3 different lounge sets from Amazon with ideas on how to wear them out and about.
Haflinger Slippers from Schuler Shoes
Before we get going, you’ll notice that I’m wearing the same slippers in all of the “at home” looks. They are Haflingers and they are amazing! If you’re someone who wants some support and maximum comfort in their slippers, there’s a true winner.
They’re made naturally with 100% virgin wool, cork latex footbeds, vegetable-tanned leathers and linings. I got mine from Schuler Shoes, a long time partner of Paisley & Sparrow!
I’m wearing the Grizzly Classic – they have a roomy toe box with a non-skid and weather-resistant soles. I keep these as my indoor house shoes and bring them along to friends’ houses all winter long to keep my feet cozy and my outfit in check.
Now let’s get on to the sets.
Two Piece Sets for Home and Out
1. Black Knit Set
This black knit set looks and feels way more expensive than it actually is. My kids’ preschool teacher wore it at school the other day and we both agreed that it looks way more luxe than it costs!
She also mentioned she had no issues with this set collecting dog hair like many other black pieces do. The pants are a wide leg fit, it has a functioning draw string and fits true to size. I’m wearing a small.
Shop the Look: Set | Shacket | Sneakers
To style it out, I added a black and white houndstooth shacket over the top and classic white sneakers (also from Schuler Shoes). This is a simple yet classic look that will leave you feeling comfy but looking chic!
2. Rust Knit Set
This is another knit set with a bit of a different look and feel to it. It has the same wide leg pant that was a touch more fitted through the thighs and butt than the other one. Rather than a scoop neck, this has a crew neck with a balloon sleeve that is tight at the wrists.
This one is incredibly soft and a really great quality. I’m wearing a size small in it and it fit great. I love it!
Shop the Look: Set | Jacket | Shoes
To dress it up a bit to go out, I threw on an oversized denim jacket that brightened up the set a bit. Rather than my Haflinger slippers, I put on my Taos high top sneakers.
These are perfect for cooler months to keep my ankles more covered and it allows me to wear a cozy wool sock. I’m wearing the Olive Fatigue but they also come in 2 other colors. I also go them at Schuler Shoes!
3. Spanx AirEssentials Lookalike
If you love Spanx, but not necessarily Spanx prices, check out this set! This set is from Amazon and is a soft, cozy, stretchy fabric that’s easy to wear all day long.
This one has pockets in the pants as well as a quarter zip on the top. The pants are also a wide leg pant and I’m wearing a small in this one too.
Shop the Look: Set | Vest | Boots
To style it up a bit, I kept it neutral and added a black puffer vest to keep me cozy warm. This one is oversized so I tuck in the top into the pants to define my waist a bit so I’m not drowning in fabric.
I added my favorite boots that are warm enough for -40 degree weather! Best of all, they’re cute and still easy to walk in even though they are technically a good snow boot. And I always get compliments when I wear them!
So there you have it! Three different sets styled for at home and out and about. I hope this helps inspire your next outfit!
And don’t forget to go check out Schuler Shoes and their Haflinger Slippers. They’re the perfect gift for someone you love (or yourself!).
