Best Meals for New Moms (or Anyone in Need)!

Need some ideas of meals for new moms or someone who could use a helping hand? I got you covered!

I recently asked my community on Instagram for recommendations for meals for new moms and WOW did I get some amazing recommendations! I’ve started doing a lot of freezer meals and figuring out meals that would be great to bring to people who could use a meal so I’ve compiled the whole list below for you!

Since some of these came as recommendations from Instagram, I’ve included handles of anyone who gave specific tips or ideas with the recipe the suggeted.

I’ve also discovered a few products that are helpful whether you’re doing freezer meals or taking an already cooked meal over.

If you’re filling a bag for a freezer meal or a soup, these stands are SO helpful for filling bags! I use them every single time I’m filling a bag and just love them.

If I bring a meal that needs to be bakes, I’ll often times bring aluminum pans that can just be thrown out. I know, I know, it causes waste but when you have a newborn baby sometimes not having to wash the dishes is a huge blessing!

One follower of mine, @lisamamathreelittles, recommends to quadruple the recipe, portion it into disposable aluminum pans and freeze! Deliver it with a bag of torilla chips and salsa or guac and you’ll be adored. She also recommends adding chicken and smoked paprika. 🙂
