Tips for a Better Bedtime Routine (for Kids!)

An amazing day begins with a great night of sleep — set your kiddos up for success with a bedtime routine! Here are our top tips.

1. Have a Consistent schedule

We try to stay within 15-20 minutes of bedtime every night and get up around the same time every morning!.

Hatch lights helps the kids from  getting up too early.

2. Read a book before bed

Cuddling together and reading a book is a great way to wind down.

3. be consistent with Hygiene

When it comes to brushing teeth, flossing, bath, potty, etc., do the same thing each night!
