1. Have a Consistent schedule
We try to stay within 15-20 minutes of bedtime every night and get up around the same time every morning!.
Hatch lights helps the kids from getting up too early.
2. Read a book before bed
Cuddling together and reading a book is a great way to wind down.
One book we love is The Beginner’s Bible 100 Bedtime Devotions.
3. be consistent with Hygiene
When it comes to brushing teeth, flossing, bath, potty, etc., do the same thing each night!
