GO TO BED EARLY

Let's be real, in order to get up early you need to go to bed early! Figure out how many hours of sleep you need and work backwards from when you're alarm goes off.

HAVE A PLAN

Lay out your clothes, prep your breakfast, etc before you go to bed.

MOVE YOUR BODY

It doesn't matter if it's a 15 minute walk, a yoga class or a long run, move your body!

LEAVE YOUR PHONE OUT OF THE BEDROOM

Stop the temptation to scroll first thing in the morning and late into the night!

Wake up gently to light and stop jolting awake to a sound.
